About Me...

Hello,

I am Brenda and I am sophomore, attending both OSU and LBCC. I am planning to major in marketing and management, but I am still debating marketing. I have three younger brothers, making me the only girl (other than my mom) at my house. As to where I am in life, I think I am still pretty lost. Although I have a strong feeling and want for what I am currently working at, I am scared that I will regret it later in life. Other than that, I do have very supportive family and friends, so I know I have someone to lean on when necessary. I am taking this class because it is one of the requirements I need in order to fulfill my major credits but it is something I am looking into majoring in. This meaning that I can learn more about marketing and the way it works, to see if I really want to practice this field.
Like I stated before, I am a Marketing major. Marketing called my attention when we were doing a group project in our BA 161 class and I realized a brand really builds off of that. What I am most interested in learning about marketing is how many separate fields there are in marketing. I know I want to be a marketing manager at one point in my life but what other sections are there to this. Now, for something that I am interested outside of school is TV shows. I love watching new TV shows and seeing the difference between what was interesting in other years (when I was younger) and what is interesting now. Lastly, I really do enjoy supporting my brother soccer career. I am always at any of his soccer games, whether it is club or high school soccer. That being said, even though I am not the biggest sports fan, I do enjoy watching soccer.
